This hub collects our writing on building and operating delivery pipelines: what breaks in a ci cd pipeline as teams scale, how to choose between build tools, and how container platforms change the shape of a release process. Some pieces compare options, like the tradeoffs in pipeline design, others are closer to field notes from teams running Kubernetes in production and dealing with the operational load that comes with it.
If you are further along, you will find articles on observability, rollout strategy and resilience planning, including a look at deployment without service interruption and a practical rundown of container development practices that hold up once you have more than a handful of services. We also cover the tooling layer directly, from Jenkins to Helm, and one article works through automation server fundamentals for teams still deciding what runs their pipeline. Kubernetes architecture shows up throughout, since most of the harder pipeline and rollout questions eventually trace back to how the cluster is organised.
Several teams we work with reach this point after outgrowing scripts and manual deploys, which is usually when they bring in our DevOps consulting to redesign the pipeline around their actual release cadence rather than the one they inherited. Others engage our DevOps services for the harder migration work, often alongside the guidance in our Cloud Platforms and Migration hub when infrastructure and delivery decisions need to move together.
